At Happy Mammoth, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print & Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely place your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; tracking information will be sent to your email automatically.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
